Job Description for Team Leader

We are looking for Team Leader / Project Leader having Excellent Leadership Quality and will be responsible to defining, planning, tracking and delivering the project within the deadline.

Walk in Date- 7th & 8th September 2015
Walk In Time- 10 a.m to 4 p.m.
Positions- 2
Salary-Up to 90k /P.M.


Responsibilities:
? Define the project management process to be applied to the project.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
? Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan.
? Assure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities
? Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.
? Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.
? Track and report on progress to plan.
? Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
? Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
? Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
? Assure timely adaptive action is taken.
? Manage change to preserve business plan commitments. Initiate Phase Review if objectives must change.
? Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of
software
? Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
? Coordinate management and technical decisions.
? Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
? Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
? Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories,
estimates and work plans.

? College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
? Minimum 1 Year Experience in Team leading in IT Sector.
? Prior experience in a technical leadership position
? Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
? Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies
? Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
