EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

* Good knowledge of automation tools like UFT/QTP/Selenium.
* Understand customer requirements & functional test cases to derive the automation scripts for them.
* Peer Review for test cases
* Test data creation in test systems
* Good Experience with working in functional/Automation/performance testing teams
* Provide test effort estimation to Quality Manager
* Planning & Executing as per the defined Test Strategy
* Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills
* Effectively Manage expectations of conflicting stakeholders
