Dear Candidate,

This is Priyanka from Selectus Manpower Solutions; we have an urgent opening with a FMCG company for the position of "Associate - Test Automation" to be based at Pune.
Job Description:
 Understand business requirements and technical documentation
 Identify extensive test cases ensuring each and every piece of functionality is well addressed and tested
 Set up the desired environment for testing
 Automate the test reports and publish test results on a regular basis.
 Mentor a team of QA professionals
 Understand anticipated load levels and set up proper load tests using a tool like JMeter
 Identify areas that need manual testing
 Creation of build and deployment scripts
 Guide and review team of developers ensuring adequacy and sufficiency of unit test cases
 Proper implementation of testing best practices including development of unit test cases, regression tests
 Stay abreast with latest industry tools and best practices.
Required Skills:
 Minimum 2+ years experience with Selenium / JMeter
 Extremely strong command over Java programming
 Thorough understanding of QA and test automation
 Should have worked on at least 3-4 large enterprise projects that involved web and mobile testing and test automation
 Experience with testing multi-tenant hosted applications
 Solid experience in developing unit test cases and ensuring test driven development.
 Experience in continuous integration using tools like Ant / Maven / TFS
 Create robust regression test scripts using Selenium web driver
 Should have a good understanding of agile project execution environment
 Prior experience in creating automated tests for RESTful web services
 Past experience of testing SaaS products will be a very distinct advantage
 Experience with diagnostic tools like New Relic / AppDynamics
